Quant Intelligence was founded by Julien Grossmann.
With over five years experience in the intelligence field, Julien has delivered solutions for multinational companies and governmental department across the world.
While studying for his post-graduate degree in Intelligence and International Security at King’s College London, Julien the changing nature of intelligence paradigms under the pressure of changing world politics, the rise of post-positivist epistemologies and the technological revolution.
Since then, he was convinced that the key to mastering the intelligence challenges of the 21st century lied in developing a system of information and knowledge management systems that allow for any type of analytics on any type of data.
As a senior analyst at IHS Markit, Julien developed his expertise, working with some of the best people in the business. In particular, he developed a niche set of skills in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT) collection and analysis. In addition, he has developed numerous analytical tools and solutions to help intelligence analysts and clients alike better leverage the information at their disposal.
Finally, Julien has been a regular contributor to Janes Intelligence Review, in which he writes about new research and analysis methodologies and tools.
